Suspect: ([DT]Hugos(1807) - TruckersMP ID:93489 - Tag:FAKE TIR)
Reported forblocking opposing lane of traffic by Vanguard Driver Zomb Lee.
Evidence Provided:
End Result: DECLINED
A curious case for Vanguard indeed, and the end result is extremely important here. This case should be used as an example of how rules violations may not always be so black and white. In this case, the suspect appeared to be causing quite the problems with traffic flow, forcing opposing traffic into opposite lanes of travel, ect, but the In Game Administrator that responded to this case commented saying this violation would normally only result in a kick. This is very important for future Vanguard Drivers to understand because essentially, this report risked enforcing a stricter and unnecessary punishment on a player of Truckers' MP and wasted valuable response times to other reports with Truckers' MP administration. This should definitely be an example of what not to do.
**Because of the result of this case and the aforementioned inconveniences to Truckers' MP administration staff and regular users of the MP mod, further study into the rules of blocking is recommended, and highly recommended for new Vanguard Drivers.
*** It is very important to note that repeated issues of reports that are unnecessary or of which are so frivolous they have to be Declined, is in itself, a violation of the rules and can also result in a ban. Vanguard is trying to solve the problem, not become one, so this should also be emphasized for new Vanguard Drivers.
