Perpetrator: (Dimitri [BE][FLEMME](2026) - TruckersMP ID:423001
Reported for driving the wrong way withno lights at night by Vanguard Driver Zomb Lee.
Evidence Provided:
End Result: ACCEPTED
This case can be another good example of how Vanguard Drivers should apply good judgement to the reports they file for Truckers' MP staff. The perpetrator in this case was very clearly seen driving the wrong way, but albeit only briefly. By SAFELY stopping on the side of the road out of the lanes of travel and reacquiring the perpetrator on camera was essential in making the evidence of exactly WHO was violating the rules much easier. In return, this made the response of the Truckers' MP staff much easier as they could clearly see a name and what they were doing wrong.
However, this case was not handled perfectly. Included in the report was a reference to the perpetrator driving with no headlights on at night...however the Truckers' MP In Game Administrator who handled the case made no mention of this violation, so, for all intents and purposes, the no headlights violation was unnecessary information, and just a waste of time.
**It should be learned from this case, then, that Vanguard Drivers should "pick their battles" so to speak, and when filing a report on a user violating multiple rules, mention only the most serious violation in the report. In most cases, the video evidence that must be provided will almost certainly contain the perpetrator's other violations of the rules, and Truckers' MP administration can make an informed decision in terms of punishment from there onwards.

MERGED IS CASE 18915 Identical in all but Perpetrator to Case File 18912.
Case File 18915 Video Evidence Provided:
^ While the perpetrator may have been different, this case played out almost identically. While reporting the user for Case 18912, a second perpetrator appeared breaking the same rules and endangering other traffic. In this case the perpetrator was only very briefly on screen, so a still image had to be provided. This should be used as an example of how Vanguard Drivers should do their best to make the Truckers' MP administrator's jobs easier while viewing reports, so clear images and legible, smooth video is a must and cannot be over emphasized. In both cases, both perpetrators (each first time violators) received a 2 days' ban.
